Job Description

Responsibilities
* Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective handling of outbound sales, telesales, and B2C sales.* Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.* Lead by example by setting goals, providing coaching, and conducting regular performance reviews with team members.* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Job Requirements* 3-12 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in outbound process, team handling, team leading, team management.* Proven track record in managing teams to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong understanding of the Sales Process and ability to develop effective strategies for reducing shrinkage/attrition rates.

* Minimum 1.5 years of onpapers experience as a TL
