Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback and coaching. Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a sales team lead or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a strategies approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suite.
