Salary: Upto 6 LPA + Incentives Experience: 4+ years of sales experience Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate Language: Kannada & English Mode: Work from office, Day Shift Preferred: Tele sales Experienced Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. ⦁ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and effective use of tools ⦁ Manage Team : Build & scale high-performing sales team ⦁ Build Process : Build strong management process across reporting, monitoring to enhance sales outcomes. ⦁ Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients. ⦁ Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. ⦁ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, training, best practices, and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.
