Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Team Leader – Sales with strong hands-on experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive closures, and consistently achieve revenue targets while contributing individually to sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Design and implement effective sales closure strategies to improve conversion rates

Actively participate in high-value deal closures along with the team

Track daily performance, follow-ups, and sales pipeline movement

Support team members with objection handling and solution-based selling

Ensure timely achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and confidence

Coordinate with management for sales planning, reporting, and forecasting

Hire, onboard, train, and groom high-performing sales executives

Required Knowledge & Domain Exposure

Mandatory experience in EdTech sales
