Job Summary:

Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and group goals.
  
• Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring professional conduct and smooth workflow.
  
• Train and develop sales consultants on product knowledge, sales process, and customer handling.
  
• Support team members in closing high-value deals and handling customer escalations.
  
• Track leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM systems.
  
• Coordinate with finance, accessories, and delivery departments to ensure timely customer deliveries.
  
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
  
• Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to stay ahead of competition.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, showroom standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  
• Minimum

  35 years of experience in automobile sales

  , including

  1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-centric approach.
  
• Sound knowledge of vehicle models, features, and finance options.
