Job Summary:

Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting online.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, performance, and specifications.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate test drives and vehicle delivery processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lineup, pricing, features, and competitors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation for sales transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and product launches.
