Role & responsibilities Preferably from LCV, auto loans, sales and lead generation background candidates Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Excellent lead generation and conversion skill Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently Ability to manage complex client situations Understand customer profile and problems to explain implication of ineffective Strong negotiation and contract management skills Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree/diploma in business, marketing, or a related field 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development Should be under age of 45 Ability to act with professionalism & confidence Good communication skills Perks and benefits PF, ESIC & Incentives
