We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving online sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market research abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve online sales goals through effective strategies.
  • Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
  • Build and maintain a CRM database with up-to-date client information.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Participate actively in sales team meetings and contribute to growth discussions.
  • Align with the company’s vision and mission to achieve set objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to refine and update marketing and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement client service and retention plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Build and promote channel partnerships in various cities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
