Sales Team Lead

Role Overview: As the Sales & BD Head, you will drive new business across video production, animation, VFX, and AI content. Your primary responsibility will be to build and own the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. You will work closely with the founders to refine offerings, pricing, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and partnerships. Additionally, you will lead client pitches, negotiate commercials, and maintain key relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and close deals with agencies, production houses, startups, and brands. - Develop vertical-wise lead generation strategies encompassing outbound and inbound approaches. - Represent the company in pitches, decks, client meetings, and industry events. - Work closely with project and creative teams to ensure alignment on service delivery. - Set up a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or tracking mechanism for leads, follow-ups, and performance evaluation. - Hire and manage junior sales and client servicing talent within the team.
