Job Title: Team Lead Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Real Estate with a proven track record in the NCR property market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, drive property sales, and ensure revenue growth through effective team management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Utilize strong knowledge of NCR real estate projects and developers to guide clients effectively.
* Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to close deals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers.
* Track and analyze team performance, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
* Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and upcoming projects in the NCR region.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to enhance customer experience.
* Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3 - 5 years of real estate sales experience in the NCR region (Gurugram / Noida / Delhi)
* Strong understanding of NCR real estate projects, developers, and buyer behavior.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to achieve targets and drive team success.
