What We’re Looking For:

✅ Based in Mumbai
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (IT / Cloud / Digital Solutions preferred)✅ Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team✅ Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently✅ Basic understanding of Web Technologies, Cloud Solutions, or SaaS products (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Freshworks, etc.)✅ Available to join within 30 days

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business reach
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, and convert them into opportunities
• Conduct online/offline meetings to present solutions to clients
• Manage end-to-end client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams for pre and post-sales support
