Key Responsibility:

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Set quarterly and annual sales targets for the team
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
• Coach and mentor team to improve performance and product knowledge
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback

Pipeline & Forecast Management

• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics
• Track KPIs like conversion rates, churn, and customer acquisition cost

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Support team in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Handle escalations and complex negotiations when needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to improve offerings
• Provide feedback from customers to inform product development

Process Optimization & Tools

• Implement and refine sales processes for efficiency
• Evaluate and deploy sales tools (CRM, automation, analytics)
• Ensure compliance with data and security standards

Reporting & Insights

• Deliver regular reports to senior management on team performance
• Analyse trends to adjust strategies and improve outcomes
• Present insights on market dynamics and competitor activity
