Position Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the international markets, with a focus on the UAE.
  • Pitch tailored BPO solutions including voice support (inbound/outbound), backend processing, chat/email support, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service transition for new clients.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the BPO or ITES sector.
  • Prior experience working with clients in the

    UAE or GCC region

    is a strong advantage.
  • An existing network or rolodex of decision-makers in the outsourcing space is preferred.
  • Ability to generate and nurture leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
