Sales Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Sales Support Engineer to assist the sales team with product presentations, technical documentation, quotations, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and commercial functions, ensuring seamless execution from inquiry to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team and customers during pre- and post-sales stages.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents based on client requirements.
• Assist in product selection, configuration, and application engineering based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer data, order status, and sales reports.
• Support field sales engineers with presentations, demos, and technical clarifications.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience: 2–6 years in Sales Support, Application Engineering, or Technical Sales.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering products or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or design software (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,485.15 - ₹36,166.07 per month
