Want to join the ride?Provides technical and administrative support to the sales team, assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and documentation while ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and proposal requests.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provides technical and administrative support to the sales team, assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and documentation while ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and proposal requests.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and provides information to assist with product selection and sales. Analyses customer requirements and provides technical advice to meet their needs.
  • Provides expert advice in the quotation process and assists in the development of solutions for customers to meet their needs, utilizing in-depth product knowledge. Participates in customer negotiations and preparation of quotations.
  • Supports sales teams by generating and managing documentation including technical documents, contracts, and proposals. Maintains and updates sales records and customer information in the company database.
  • Coordinates with various business units and functions to gather product information and specifications for sales proposals, to ensure smooth sales processes, and to ensure the availability and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of sales support materials, including presentations, product data sheets, and case studies.
  • Analyses customer requirements and feedback to contribute to the improvement of sales tactics and processes. Contributes to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools.
