Sales Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a Sales Support Engineer at Kahan Controls, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales engineer by preparing offers and following up with customers via telephone and email. Your responsibilities will include continuous follow-ups on submitted offers and technical queries to ensure timely responses and ultimately secure purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales engineer in preparing offers and following up with customers through telephone and email communication. - Continuously follow up on submitted offers and technical queries to provide timely responses. - Engage with customers to ensure the successful completion of purchase orders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum education requirement of B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechatronics. - 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Engineer in the field of HVAC & R or Industrial Automation. - Female candidates are preferred for this role.
