Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Support Engineer based in Kolkata. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, and managing sales operations. Daily tasks include providing product demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales Operations is a plus
• Proficiency in handling technical equipment and software
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ B.Sc.. in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the industrial automation or instrumentation sector is a plus
• Fresher is also considered
