We provide a stimulating work environment that provides a proper balance between the competing demands of career and personal life. **Role Overview:** - Able to provide technical responses to customers and Sales engineers during the pre and post sales process. - Understand the customer application and requirement and suggest suitable part for their design. - Identify/understand areas of the issue in their design and provide specific inputs. - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. - Take ownership of customer issues reported & resolved in stipulated time frame. - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. - Prepare accurate and timely reports. - Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes. - Review technical literature and current practices to support business requirements. **Qualification Required:** - Female candidates with Diploma/B.E/Btech/BSc/MSc in Electronics/Electrical/ Instrumentation. - Good basics in Electronics and hands-on experience in technical support. - Should be willing to work for a minimum of 2 years.
