Sales Support Coordinator

1. Sales Support Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Track sales leads, maintain client records, and follow up on quotations. 2. Order Processing- Manage sales orders from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Verify product availability and ensure order accuracy. 3. CRM & Documentation - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 4. Coordination & Communication - Act as a communication link between sales, accounts, warehouse, and production teams. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, or product demos for the sales team. Update customers regarding order status, delivery, and any delays. 5. Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate if required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Sales Analysis & Reporting - Assist in preparing sales forecasts and market analysis reports. Monitor targets and performance metrics of the sales team. Help identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Administrative Duties - Prepare internal documents for approvals and follow-ups. Manage travel arrangements, calendars, and meetings for sales executives. Support marketing campaigns and event planning when needed.
