Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry – e.g., FMCG, IT, Logistics, Real Estate, etc.]. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
