Sales Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, pitch our innovative solutions, and build long-term partnerships in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
• Understand the product suite of digital solutions in depth to position them effectively for different client needs.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase clear ROI for clients.
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Provide actionable feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to align offerings with market demands.
• Accurately document all sales activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools (Zoho, etc).
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
