Role Overview

The Sales Strategist will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience with digital platforms and research-based sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Identify and generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, webinars, and online campaigns
• Conduct in-depth marketing research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creating brochures, pitch decks, and sales collateral
• Contribute to the development of landing pages and promotional content in collaboration with designers and developers
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports and forecasts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Support branding and outreach initiatives to enhance market presence

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English speaking and written communication skills
• High analytical ability and problem-solving mindset (High IQ)
• Strong understanding of digital sales channels and online marketplaces
• Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales plans
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

Experience

• Proven experience in sales planning, business development, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn lead generation, webinars, and marketing research tools

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech, BBA, or MBA
