Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and maintaining B2B client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and managing the entire sales process. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting and demonstrating QACA’s services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with other departments, such as technical, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer support. You will also keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry standards, and identify new growth opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Meeting potential and existing clients, presenting our services, and negotiating contracts. Completing relevant documentation, such as proposals, invoices, and reports, in a timely and accurate manner. Managing and updating customer data, using CRM software and other tools. Assessing the needs and expectations of clients, and providing them with suitable solutions and recommendations. Converting leads into sales, and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with other departments, such as technical, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer support. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry standards, and identifying new growth opportunities. Skills Required: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consulting/service domain for Sustainability & Automotive industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools. A customer-oriented, result-driven, and proactive attitude, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A willingness to travel frequently, both locally and internationally, and work flexible hours. Knowledge of quality management systems, environment, safety, and health standards and regulations, such as ISO, OHSAS, and IATF, is an advantage.
