Share your updated CV with salary details at saima.sayed@pidilite.com Salary band - 3lpa to 6 lpa maximum Bachelors Degree or 10+3 diploma is a MUST Minimum exp 3 years Territory sales incharge JD: CORE RESPONSIBILITIES CHANNEL SALES Achieving Secondary & Primary Sales Targets for the assigned Territory : (A) MARKET COVERAGE β–ͺ Town Types – All Towns within his Territory β–ͺ Outlet Types - Only cover Super A (SA) /A GKP and SA/A/B in Non-GKP outlets; rest by DSR β–ͺ Avg. calls/Day – Each rout must have a minimum of 18 outlets & a maximum of 25 outlets β–ͺ DRCP – Updating DRCP in Mera Saathi as per the Norms (B) DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT β–ͺ Distributor selection, appointment under guidance of ASM , Induction & Training β–ͺ Darpan Secondary Sales & SASH Monitoring and Receivables Tracking β–ͺ Claims & Balance Confirmation – Sorting out Issues (C) SUPERVISORY ROLE β–ͺ DSR Management (Under Distributor role) βœ“ DSR Recruitment & Gap coverage βœ“ Secondary Beat Design for DSR with inputs from ASM βœ“ Coaching & Mentoring through shadow working Employees with experience in Chemical/ Cement/ Paint / Building Material Industry JD: PROJECT SALES Salary band - 5lpa to 12lpa maximum Minimum exp 3 years Btech Civil engg or diploma in civil is a must for KAE NC role Any Graduate for KAE - R&R role. (repair & repainting) Role of Executive – Key Accounts – New Construction (KAE-NC) is to work with a Select set of high potential Builder /Institutional Accounts, to drive adoption of advanced range of Waterproofing products in New construction . Stakeholders to address : Builder/Institutions, Waterproofers, Builder Painting Contractors Primary Responsibility: Identify key accounts of Builders/Institutions, listing and Profiling of this key builder account . Working with defined accounts of Builders and ensuring advanced Waterproofing adoption and Services of Builders site via Dr Fixit Trained Waterproofer. Training of allied team of Builder (Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Site Supervisor) for helping them in execution of right waterproofing system. Working with high potential Waterproofers & Painting Contractors to get access to or Service Small to Mid- size Builders / Institutional / Small Industry projects. Ensuring these Waterproofers & Painting Contractors are trained on Advanced Products and Systems . Relationship and Loyalty management with these Waterproofers & Painting Contractors Attending to high Value Leads (2-10 lakhs potential) , inspecting and providing Waterproofing Solutions as recommended by Technical Help-Desk Toolkit.
