Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Goa, India, for a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing customer service, and delivering product training. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting with clients, handling inquiries, and working to achieve sales targets. You will also be involved in sales management duties to ensure team performance aligns with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and experience in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Experience in providing Training and product knowledge to clients
• Proven Sales Management skills to oversee and guide the sales team
• Ability to work onsite in Goa, India, and handle face-to-face client interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in the construction or concrete industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
