Job Summary


We are looking for Sales Specialist for Real Estate Firm, This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales Closing, strategy development, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires expertise in market analysis, client relationship management with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.


Responsibilities


1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and devise action plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor sales activities, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.


2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
  • Address client enquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.


3. Market Analysis & Lead Generation

  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients through regular interactions (in person, phone, and email).
  • Conduct Cold Calling, Client meetings, and Presentations to generate new business.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring the team efficiently follows up on potential clients.
  • Implement data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.


4. Deal Negotiation & Closing

  • Assist in high-value negotiations and closing major transactions.
  • Provide expertise and support to the sales team during critical deal-making processes.
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are structured to protect both client and company interests.


Qualifications & Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

•⁠ ⁠Proven Sales experience and ability to generate leads and close sales

•⁠ ⁠Experience in delivering Training and product demonstrations to clients

•⁠ ⁠Competence in Sales Management and strategy development

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field



CTC Bracket : ₹3L-₹7L (Depending on experience and current CTC)
