As a Sales Specialist at Nagomi, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer needs, recommending the best designs, and effectively closing deals. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with interior designers, architects, and real estate developers to secure bulk orders. - Following up with potential customers to address any concerns and facilitate conversions. - Engaging in discussions regarding pricing, customization options, and delivery schedules confidently. - Maintaining a CRM tracker to organize leads and ensure timely follow-ups. - Proactively reaching out to customers and engaging them to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home decor, interiors, or real estate sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients. - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset to achieve sales objectives. - Previous experience collaborating with designers and familiarity with PhotoShop would be an advantage.
