Now, we’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Specialist to help us grow! Job Responsibilities ✅ Convert inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and referrals into paying customers. ✅ Understand customer needs, suggest the best designs, and close deals efficiently. ✅ Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and real estate developers to generate bulk orders. ✅ Follow up with potential customers to address doubts and drive conversions. ✅ Handle discussions about pricing, customization, and delivery timelines confidently. ✅ Maintain a CRM tracker to manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups. ✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with proactive outreach and customer engagement. Qualifications ✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✔️ Highly self-motivated and target-driven. ✔️ Experience of working with designers and knowledge of PhotoShop is a plus.
