As a Full-Cycle Sales Specialist Inside and Outside Sales), you will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and nurturing to conducting presentations/demos and final deal closure. In the early phase of our India expansion, your primary focus will be on outbound lead generation. You will also be responsible for establishing product-market fit, driving revenue, and building a strong track record for our SaaS HR tech products.

Proven track record in both inbound sales (handling inquiries, managing marketing-generated leads) and outbound sales (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in B2B, Saas/HR Tech sales
