Role & responsibilities 1. Ensuring effective Toolbox Talk is performed at the beginning of every shift by Team Leader/ shift supervisor. 2. Leading Line PPS reviews and escalating all high risks. 3. Collating all Safety audits and Risk Assessments 4. Performing Safety Audits 5. PPE supply chain management 6. Injury Protocol 7. First Aid Management, 8. Visibility of Road Map & SSIP at essential places. 9. Display of various Infographics / Safety Posters and SWI wherever required. 10. Implementation of Permit To work 11. Attending Customer meetings / programs and establishing an effective 2- way communication systems. Preferred candidate profile
