Job Description

We are looking for a skilled EHS Manager to join our team at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective Environmental, Safety, and Health (EHS) management systems.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide training and guidance on EHS policies and procedures to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of EHS performance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with EHS management software and systems.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
