Set up and maintain systems for statutory compliance under the Factories Act, Labour Laws, EHS regulations, and local municipal norms. Ensure timely renewals and documentation related to factory licenses, fire safety, labour welfare, pollution control, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
