Job Description

We are looking for a skilled EHS Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental, health, and safety management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in EHS management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance EHS performance.
Provide training and guidance on EHS best practices to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of EHS performance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
Experience with EHS management systems and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for EHS management.
