Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, field visits, and other online/offline channels Research local businesses and industries in Bhavnagar and nearby areas for software needs Schedule and conduct product demos (online) to explain features and benefits Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions Follow up with leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals Prepare proposals and sales agreements Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, referrals, and upselling Provide basic post-sales support and coordinate with the implementation team Update CRM with daily activities, lead status, and client interactions Share weekly and monthly sales reports with management Requirements 1-3 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, SaaS sales, or B2B selling Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred) Good knowledge of local Bhavnagar market and surrounding regions Ability to understand software products and explain them to customers Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Benefits Fixed salary + attractive incentives on each closed deal Training and development opportunities Friendly and growth-oriented work environment Chance to work with a leading software company in Bhavnagar Career growth into senior sales or business development roles Show more Show less
