About the Role We are seeking a Sales Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients in your designated geographical area. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills to promote and sell Microsoft suite of creative, document, and experience cloud solutions. This role involves extensive travel, face-to-face client interactions, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the designated territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions using Adobe’s products and services. Market Analysis
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Product Knowledge

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Adobe’s product portfolio, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Clearly articulate Adobe’s value proposition to potential and existing clients. Sales Presentations
  • Deliver compelling in-person presentations and product demos.
  • Address client concerns and objections with confidence and clarity. Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, inside sales, customer success, and product development.
  • Provide field insights to help refine product offerings and sales strategies. Pipeline Management
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and performance. Contract Negotiation
  • Lead contract discussions and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Adobe’s policies and legal standards.

Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
