Sales Specialist

What Youll Do
  • Take ownership of

    warm inbound leads

    generated by marketing, events, and referrals.
  • Qualify prospects and understand their pain points, goals, and buying process.
  • Conduct

    discovery calls and product demos

    with decision-makers and teams.
  • Nurture leads through thoughtful follow-ups across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Create tailored proposals, handle pricing discussions, and

    negotiate contracts

  • Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to the delivery/customer success team.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams by providing feedback on lead quality, objections, and customer insights.
  • Represent Userfacet & BuildUX in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

What Were Looking For
  • 25 years of B2B/SaaS sales experience

    , ideally handling inbound or warm leads.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills confident on calls, polished in demos.
  • Consultative selling style with the ability to uncover business pain points and map solutions.
  • Comfortable handling pricing conversations and contract negotiations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in a fast-moving startup environment where you own the outcome.
  • Bengaluru-based, with flexibility for client meetings and events.
