As a social media-savvy intern, your primary responsibility will be to engage with fitness and health coaches on Instagram. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy online communication and possess the ability to quickly establish rapport with others. Your key responsibilities will include using your Instagram account to send friendly and value-oriented direct messages (DMs) to coaches. You will be provided with a curated list of coaches each day. Additionally, you will need to track each conversation in a simple spreadsheet without the need for a complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Meeting daily outreach targets and providing feedback on incoming replies promptly are also part of your role. In return for your contributions, you will receive a paid internship with a fixed stipend. There is also an opportunity for performance bonuses when you exceed outreach goals or generate quality leads. This position offers flexible, fully remote hours, with a maximum commitment of approximately 23 hours per week. You will receive hands-on guidance, access to templates, and a clear list of profiles to message, eliminating any guesswork about whom to approach or what to communicate.
