About the Team
Spurfit was founded by two IIT Kharagpur alumni and lifelong fitness enthusiasts who share a
vision of empowering coaches with the tools they need to succeed on a global stage. With
backgrounds spanning technology, AI/ML, endurance sports, and business building, they’ve
combined their expertise to solve the operational challenges faced by fitness businesses
everywhere. We talk to customers daily, adapt quickly, and build with purpose. Our team is lean,
ambitious, and obsessed with delivering value.

What You’ll Do
- Build and qualify a sales pipeline, generating leads even without established inbound flows.
- Assist in full-cycle sales in the U.S. SMB/mid-market (gyms, trainers, studios): outbound prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close.
- Support CRM setup, tooling, and processes to track and scale sales.
