We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Sales Specialists to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates who are eager to learn the ins and outs of the international fruit trade. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our company's growth.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and food service providers.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including seasonality, quality standards, and pricing dynamics.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the Sales Manager.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a similar field is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. No prior sales experience is required, but a strong desire to build a career in sales is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and persuade potential customers.
• Attitude: A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license for local travel.
