Role Summary

As a SaaS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads into loyal customers. You’ll bring deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and drive revenue growth through outbound and inbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (and sometimes expansion/renewal).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to generate and qualify leads.
  • Manage a pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate forecasting.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company pricing strategies.
  • Maintain deep understanding of our product, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product and customer success teams based on customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 -2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and coachable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to [specific verticals: e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.].
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
