Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and business growth. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through online research, cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions or services
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate and complete information
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Required Qualifications:

• Recent graduates in Master of Business Administration or related Field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching and interacting with potential clients
• Basic understanding of sales concepts and business processes
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing or B2B sales concepts
