As a Sales Executive in the Interior Designing team, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into projects and delivering tailored interior solutions. You should be passionate about design, have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and site visits. - Handle inbound leads, explain company services, and convert inquiries into sales. - Meet clients to understand requirements and present design solutions with the design team. - Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and vendors for collaboration. - Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Keep track of client interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations through CRM/records. - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and pricing. Requirements: - Bachelors degree (Business/Marketing/Design background preferred). - 1-4 years of experience in sales (interior designing, real estate, furniture, or related industry preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and align them with design solutions. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused. - Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
