Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining MostEdge as a Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for driving existing customers towards premium services and upgrades. Your role will involve identifying gaps in customers" business operations, coordinating with the Inventory Management team, handling customer inquiries, providing product demos, conducting surveys, and ensuring exceptional communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Additionally, you will manage the sales process from lead to closing opportunities, implement sales strategies, collaborate with different commercial teams, and build a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate and drive existing customers towards premium services and upgrades - Identify gaps in customers" business operations and leverage them to drive revenue - Coordinate with the Inventory Management team to address customers" challenges - Handle customer inquiries and encourage them for service upgrades - Provide product demos about service upgrades - Conduct surveys and take feedback from existing customers to promote service upgrades - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu - Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) - Possess product knowledge and skills in customer management - Have experience in international voice processes - Manage the sales process from lead to closing opportunities - Implement sales strategies based on geographical and association presence - Collaborate with different commercial teams, field marketing, and remote teams - Manage the sales pipeline effectively and drive team building efforts - Achieve monthly number-driven outcomes without fail - Generate sales leads and upsales from multi-dimensional sources - Focus on better relationship management to increase numbers from various network locations Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree (Any) - Experience: - 6+ years of experience in international voice processes - Proven track record of generating sales leads and upsales - Experience in mentoring a team of sales professionals - Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and sales strategy Note: Please email your CVs, profiles, or references to careers@mostedge.com for consideration.,
