Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions

• Represent RealWorkStudio in

  seminars, workshops, and student-focused events

  .
• Engage with

  student clubs, engineering communities, and placement cells

  to increase program visibility.
• Generate leads and achieve

  enrollment targets

  through structured outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to

  design and implement campus engagement initiatives

  .
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with

  faculty members, placement officers, and student leaders

  .

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent

  communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Prior experience in

  sales, business development, or campus outreach

  (preferably in EdTech or training).
• Ability to connect with

  students, faculty, and institutions
