Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Event Planner Relationship Executive to generate leads and drive bookings for our wedding photography services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with event planners, wedding planners, venues, and decorators, while also handling direct sales inquiries and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and build long-term relationships with event planners, wedding planners, and venues
• Generate qualified leads through planner networks, referrals, and industry connections
• Handle incoming wedding inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Present photography and cinematography packages to clients
• Schedule meetings, studio visits, and virtual consultations
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Negotiate packages and close deals within company guidelines
• Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM or tracking sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams after booking confirmation
• Attend wedding events, expos, and networking meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with wedding industry workflows and timelines
• Confident in talking to high-value clients and planners
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with targets and performance goals
• Proficient in phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and email

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with wedding planners or event companies
• Existing planner or venue network (highly preferred)
• Basic understanding of wedding photography and films
• Sales experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury services

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
