To strengthen our reach and impact, we are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Executive who can drive collaborations with colleges, training institutions, and engineering communities across India. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions . Represent RealWorkStudio in seminars, workshops, and student-focused events . Engage with student clubs, engineering communities, and placement cells to increase program visibility. Generate leads and achieve enrollment targets through structured outreach strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to design and implement campus engagement initiatives . Establish and maintain strong relationships with faculty members, placement officers, and student leaders . Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills . Prior experience in sales, business development, or campus outreach (preferably in EdTech or training). Ability to connect with students, faculty, and institutions and inspire trust. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong community-building mindset . Genuine passion for education, skills development, and career transformation . We are now seeking a Business Development Executive to spearhead our client acquisition and global expansion journey . This is a high-impact role with direct collaboration with the founding team and a fast growth path to leadership. Responsibilities Acquire new client projects in web, mobile, AI/ML, and enterprise solutions . Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients. Leverage freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.) to secure projects. Pitch IT services to startups, SMEs, and enterprises. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align outcomes with client needs. Represent JASIQ Labs in online communities, industry forums, and networking groups.
