Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our wedding photography business by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value wedding bookings. The ideal candidate understands the wedding industry, has strong sales skills, and can represent our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for wedding photography & cinematography services
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, decorators, and event managers
• Handle client consultations, understand requirements, and customize packages
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profitability
• Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and client data
• Coordinate with creative and operations teams for smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Attend wedding expos, networking events, and industry meetups
• Track market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development (wedding/event industry preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of wedding photography packages and client expectations
• Ability to build long-term client and vendor relationships
• Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
• Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/seasonal peaks)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wedding photography, events, hospitality, or luxury services
• Existing network of wedding planners or venues
• Knowledge of social media lead generation
• Passion for weddings, creativity, and storytelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
