This role is for someone who gets the digital media space and is hungry to drive growth. You’ll work closely with top-tier clients and global platforms to open doors, close deals, and scale impact.
• Own and drive sales across Digital Display, Native, Video, and CTV ad formats
• Drive monthly quarterly and yearly quota’s for your business
• Build Leads and pitch to media agencies and direct advertisers in categories like Travel, Hospitality, CPG, and Telecom
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver strategic solutions that drive ROI
• Work with global partners to create GTM strategies for their platform offerings in India
• Maintain and grow your sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the internal solutions team to craft proposals and media plans
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery against KPIs and optimize results.
• Following Sales techniques like Challenger Sales, ABC, AIDA, SPANCO to build efficiency, transparency and scale for the book of business you handle
• Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to help the team win
• Have a lot of fun while doing all the above.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital ad sales
• Proven relationships in verticals like Travel, Hotels, Hospitality, CPG, Banking and Telcos
• Someone who understands the mechanics of performance and branding campaigns
• A great storyteller and conversationalist
• A closer who can own the room and the follow-up
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients, timelines, and priorities
• Can communicate clearly, negotiate smartly, and think commercially
• Self-driven, outcome-focused, and plays well with teams
You’ve added multiple new logos to the portfolio, helped scale our revenues across two or more verticals, and built a strong pipeline of repeat business. You’ve also built real trust with both clients and global partners.
