Our goal is to become the preferred monetization partner for digital platforms aspiring to expand in APAC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals well-versed in the digital media landscape, driven by a passion for growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with prestigious clients and global platforms to cultivate opportunities, secure deals, and maximize impact. You will be responsible for: - Managing and enhancing sales across various digital ad formats such as Digital Display, Native, Video, and CTV - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your assigned business - Generating leads and presenting to media agencies and direct advertisers in sectors like Travel, Hospitality, CPG, and Telecom - Establishing enduring client relationships and delivering strategic solutions that yield ROI - Partnering with global collaborators to devise GTM strategies for their platform offerings in India - Nurturing and expanding your sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools - Collaborating with the internal solutions team to develop proposals and media plans - Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance metrics to ensure KPI delivery and optimize outcomes - Applying sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, ABC, AIDA, SPANCO to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability for your business portfolio - Staying abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive activities to support team success - Having a rewarding experience while accomplishing the above objectives Qualifications: - 3-5 years of digital ad sales experience - Established relationships in sectors such as Travel, Hotels, Hospitality, CPG, Banking, and Telcos - Proficiency in managing performance and branding campaigns - Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead negotiations and follow-ups effectively - Capable of managing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously - Clear communication, smart negotiation, and commercial thinking - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at team collaboration Success in this role within 6 months means securing new clients, expanding revenues in multiple sectors, and fostering repeat business while building trust with clients and partners.
