What You’ll Do


As an Sales Operations Support Specialist at AssessPrep, you will be a key contributor to the sales process by supporting the team in managing lead data, generating reports, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. You will handle essential tasks like maintaining customer databases, email follow-ups, and qualifying potential leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • MIS Reporting:

  • Create, manage, and update MIS reports to track sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Provide insights to the sales team by analyzing data and generating regular sales performance reports.
  • Email Follow-ups:

  • Manage follow-up communications with leads and clients via email, ensuring timely responses and proper tracking of conversations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve client queries and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Customer Management:

  • Maintain the CRM system with updated customer information and contact details.
  • Handle routine communication with clients and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Lead Qualification:

  • Screen incoming leads to assess their suitability and potential as clients.
  • Assist in the prioritization of leads and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team for further action.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in reporting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure professional follow-ups and clear internal communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot client concerns and provide solutions that drive the sales process forward.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset to work closely with sales and customer support teams.


A Typical Week Might Include


  • Compiling and distributing weekly MIS reports to the sales team.
  • Following up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns and tracking their progress.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communicating with customers to clarify service details or follow up on inquiries.
  • Supporting the sales team in lead qualification and lead scoring.
